Did you change the router's default password? it's normally something like "admin" if you reset your router it should wipe the password. Thats what my trusty old Belkin does!

Just reset the router, it should go back to it's default power on password.
Edit: No answer for 8 hours, then two in a minute DJ!

Why not just used the cached p/w, go into the router and change it to a new one. Mine doesn't ask for the old one.

i had forgot what the default password was, ended up speaking to there tech support give me the password right away
