    Default Microsoft Excel query

    Hey peeps,

I have 2 ms excel 2003 questions pls help:

    1) Loads of colours noting different info on 1 major spreadsheet - how do I sort by colour?

    2) Macros - how do I add a macro on the actual spreadsheet will will a) sort by colour or b) sort by reference number when I click either button?

All help would be most appreciated
