Are o2 Stupid,

A little bug which as pissed me off so much recently,

Why do o2 only allow you to top up once with your debit car every 30 days.

So anonying, as you have to go out and fnd a shop which sells the vouchers or print off's.

I am suprised there is no way to register your car with them and use it time after time.

Surley they want my money ?

It allows me to top up more that once... however what they dont allow me to do is use my debit card to top up someone elses phone...

Ok, here's a trick

Phone 4444, then keep pressing a number that they don't give you an option for, like 8. Keep doing it and it moans, saying it doesn't recognise the request (or somethign similar). Do it enough and it'll put you through to customer services, they warn you it's 50p pm and you'll still be on the free call. Works a treat

Yes they are, lol. They keep giving me new contract handsets and I never keep paying them.

if you register the card with them by sending them a bank statement then I believe they lift that limit.

No doubt you probably know the main reason is to stop card fraud etc...

had no probs with mine topt up my fone and the missus fone with same card
