BUT seriously, It's called selective colouring. Try a google search for it. FYI this is how it's done in Paint Shop Pro, I'd imagine it's similar for PS, but I'm sure that someone infinately more PS knowledgable will be able to advise

    From http://www.hypergurl.com/selective.html

You can selectively color just of one person in a group or an individual item. Here's how!

Open an image. It is good if this is colored. We will use this image of 3 young ladies.

Select the Freehand Lasso Tool set at Point to Point.

Draw around which ever girl you want to be selectively colored.

Copy the selection to your clipboard.

Deselect the image. Selection || Select None.

Go to Colors || Greyscale and turn the image into a black and white photo.

Now back to Colors and Increase Color Depth to 16 Million Colors.

Go Edit || Paste as New Layer.

Move the selected girl over the top of the original.

Merge your layers and save as.

    Bollox !!
I just read the rest of the thread and saw that "manipulation" is a no-no. I won't remove the image but won't expect any votes as it breaks the rules.

I don't class selective colouring as going too far, so the image will go in and be voted on with the rest.

Good to see a few more late entries coming in, still waiting for Bitchmonkey's.

    EDIT: Too late, thread closed.

    Time to vote.
