    Default My Bankruptcy Blog

Not after a critique necessirly, but after a year of divorce and redundancy I am facing bankruptcy.

In dealing with all the various organisations I have discovered two things.

1.0 My call is always important to them
    2.0 They lack common sense.

The blog will be a bankruptcy diary as well as review my dealings with big organisations.

This sound boring and probably is, but take a look!

    Just read it all again.

The above apart mate, it's very well written and articulates your anger to the point where it's helping to get it off your chest, in a way.

Good luck with the blog mate, and your life

    I've taken the bankruptcy out.

    My court official found it.

He loves the Lack of Common Sense ratings.

I have added more articles tho...

Sad news but look on the bright side, you're single now ;-)

I liked this blog entry, happens to me all the time. The bank cold calls me then starts asking my details.

    One rule for one....

Why is it that the banks tells us to ignore emails asking for us to tell them our account details, secret question answers and other personal details, but get p***ed off when they telephone you out the blue and you refuse to answer their verification questions?

It's happened a lot recently and it annoys them when you say they could be anyone.

Lack of Common Sense Rating 5.0
Only cos it's fun f**king with the heads of call-centre staff.

Top marks brumbino, I enjoyed reading it. I will bookmark for future ref.

I like your honesty, and your words represent how a lot of us feel about the crap we are faced with on a daily basis.

Well the court date was put back!!!

    Not bankrupt yet - 21st April 2006 at 8.30am.

The house is in negative equity so I can hopefully keep, but if not I'm resigned to starting again.

The only potential boner is that I get paid on the 28th and need to not only find a bank account but have it set up in time...

Suspect me and my mom will play Prisoner of War and I will get a Red Cross Parcel in the post again!

Never ever take ya Mrs for granted and always take her by surprise (and I don't mean from behind at the sink as she washes up...). Garage flowers might be naff, but they're better than nowt!

Not really a website update....but was made bankrupt on the 23rd April...work have been great and my job isn't under threat!

One of the ex-wife's gripes was I never did any DIY or helped enough around the house...well up your's ex-ie cos that has paid dividends as the house is in -ve equity and I've been allowed to keep it!

I've just gotta hand my 'assets' over now....what assets pmsl the ex- cleaned me out!!!!
