      Default Looking for name of old(ish) track

      Must be getting on for around 8-10 years old now, but it was this guy talking (not singing) over a synth track, I remember it was called 'dreams' or something as he kept saying "dreams" a lot in the track. I heard a track off a recent dance album that reminded me of it, maybe they have copied the original sample... and would like to find the original as I only had it on a tape which I have now lost....Here's a snippet of the recent track I heard, not very long but best I can do and it's the main core of the song:
