    Question Smartclip needed....any advice

I'm trying to find a decent reseller for the moto smartclip....any suggestions ?
Its for a friend...he had one but the reseller didn't pay smart clip so they blocked all the ones he sold...so he has sent it back for a refund...
he lives over in Ireland and there are no resellers over here (well he cant find any) so any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated..
    Cheers

sure termy or fonetech will be able to recommend someone m8

I can say from personal experience I'd not be in a hurry to use allgsm.co.uk again - their service/aftersales has gone rapidly downhill over the last 6 months or so

got mine from the link below, they may not be the cheapest but their service is second to none. btw if your anywhere near manchester they have a stall at bowlers on trafford park every saturday, ive had all my unlocking stuff from paul and he has always looked after me great.
i think paul is in thailand at the moment but a geezer called mike will sort you out.

    http://www.mobile-mayhem.co.uk/unlocking.asp

either that or i have used iphone.org but they are in the far east which makes it expensive if you have to return stuff.

    hope it helps

I get all my stuff from Darren at allgsm m8, never had one problem with either delivery or after sales. I would highly reccomend him for anything.

The only other place I have used are fonefunshop.

Termy, was only going from my own personal experience m8.

I've used Allgsm for my stuff in the past without problems m8 - last time I used them I ordered a set of samsung cables and they took over 2 weeks to arrive, I lost 2 days of work waiting in for couriers because they were promised that they had been sent out and they never arrived. contact using the online forms on the site were never answered, the phone number on the website was disconnected.................

Really hacked me off - not even an apology from anyone, I've spoken to mates who have had similar problems and it just appears that since he opened the new shop the online side of the business has lost the customer service edge that made it so good.

I wasnt having a go at you m8, I was just pointing out my own personal experience. I have spoken with Darren many times on the phone and have always got on with him.

But if you have had a bad experience with him/allgsm then there is nothing I can say to make a difference m8, lol.

no worries m8, hopefully things will improve - guess i've just been lucky enough not to need anything since i got my sammy cables. although the offer from JAF to JAF owners to pickup cheep NSDongles via resellers looked tempting, I didn't want to buy from anyone else, so been hanging back to see if the service improved LOL

The NS Dongle is a good bit of kit. I have also got the box too. Esp at the price J.A.F owners can get it for anyhoo.

Hi guys...its me that needs the smart-clip...
Got one off fonedoctor.co.uk (now known as stbtrading) and apparently they ordered a load of clips off smart clip and never paid em' so they disabled all the clips...mine being one of them..smart-clip said to send it back and get a refund...
Sent it back for refund, but they said it never arrived so it looks like i have been bumped...
I also got a ufs3+hwk off them and im still waiting for my ufs login...got both of them last october.....so there not that good at support either...

So i need to find a decent reseller.... coz i wont be using them again..
I had a look on allgsm but they only appear to stock smart unlocker not the smart clip... and the other site http://www.mobile-mayhem.co.uk/unlocking.asp want £195 which is a bit steep as they are usually about £150ish everywhere else...and i have to get it posted over to ireland...

Darren at allgsm does actually stock most things m8. Try giving him a ring or e-mail him. Some of the clips advertised actually have the update kits with them, therefore making them slightly more expensive.
