ok, tonight was the 1st time I ever tried to watch a game on T`internet, overall the exeperience was ok........... apart from bloody 1-1 with Birmingham
never done this before so I thought I`d share the experience
1st of all done a search on live football feeds and found a few that wanting paying anything from £5 to £15..... didnt bother... anyone use any of these ?
Went to redandwhitekop.com and in the forum there is thread about live feeds.
Found the espn one at 19.30 and hooked it up...... dead easy no downloading anything and straight to channel........ opened a bottle of wine (red of course ) thinking brilliant... watch the game... off work tomorrow.. have a nice drink..
20.00...... bloody basket ball comes on.
20.01... panic
20.02... go back to redandwhite.com and see people taking about pplive.... download it.... its in fucking chineese !!! unistall it.
20.05.... panic
20.06 - 20.30 go to several other links after downloading pplive again and figuring out theres an english option gutted !!
20.31... notihng works !!
20.32 - 20.45 download pplive several times and uninstall it in blind panic of "I dont know what the fuck I`m doing"
20.46.... on my 5th version of pplive i click channel..sport...sport
20.47.... I go to asiaplate.com/members/php and click on shangia sports as per recommendation from redandwhitekop.com
20.49.... all of a sudden windows media player opens and I`m watching chineese adverts for a car things are looking good
22.00.... after watching 2nd half with chineese commentry we bloody draw and Fowler has an overhead kick dissallowed for offside 3mins into injury time (it was offside tho )
so............ from this experience tonight I can confirm that
1) I`ve no idea if going through pplive...channel...sport....sport or asiaplate.com/members.php got me the game !!
2) the quality was like that of a good cam copy of a film
3) I dont speak chineese.
Would love folk to give me hints and tips to enhance my next venture into dodgy football game watching
Cheers
