Wireless internet connection.

Just a quick one, has anybody got any info on what sort of wireless internet connection, i should use for another p.c. I am on **L broardband with usb port.

A bit vague mate! Do you already have a modem?

I would say invest in a wireless router, this will then let you connect other machines via wirless, it would also have network ports so you can wire in a machine if need be.

Thanks for the reply. The modem i am using is from N*L on a �17.99 a month package, sorry i dont know the make or model

aol recommend netgear, (or ahole hell as i call them) i use 1 and its fine

i dont think he is using AOL but N*L the cable company that is why i recomended a cable router

i have fitted a d-link router on aol and that worked fine but AOL will only give tec help on some makes as you say ones they recomend
