Internet problem?

Just setup a friend with payasugo dialup wanadoo internet.

Now after the dialing you see checking username and password then it states connected around 46.6k but you can't access any pages, home page ect.... it just comes up page not found all the time???

Anything i have done wrong??

open IE click on file see if there is a tick by work offline if there is untick it should be ok then
