Well apparently it was agreed in January and the new guy has been identified so whats the bet now its all official Rangers performances over next few weeks are shite till they uviel the new guy then they realise bugger need to impress this bloke, performances pick up but it's too little too late and a big fook off rebuild takes place in summer.
