Tell you what though Xdam, there coming on mate..your new training regime seems to be pulling off.....i know your sick of me telling you this when i see you but you still gotta eat a lot more than you do if you wanna gain size...

I know about the diet. I'm now putting either tuna or chicken on my sandwiches which are on brown bread and going for three meals a day now. Although one of them is ceral and the other is a brown bread sanwich, then whatever for tea... usually a sanwich again. I've managed to take 4% of my body fat doing this in the last couple of weeks.
