popunder problem

Having a problem with popunder Ive searched through spybot spywareblaster and numerous other programmes but havent found the solution.Ahhhh here it goes again. Any help would be greatfully appreciated

Run a full scan with both, if you still have problems then run Hijackthis - http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip and post the log it gives you.
