Phone Memory to Sim Memory (Phonebook)

I backed up my mums numbers to my phone and then to the computer, i wondring if i can now take it off my phone and back on to the sim card or if i need a symbian ap (i have a n gage qd) to do this. I have restored it on the phone memory jus tneed it on the sim so she can put it back in her phone.

You should be able to transfer the numbers straight from the handset to the sim without any programs m8, just the handset and sim.

I can do sim to handset but not the other way round (or i just donlt know where to locate it for this way round)
