    Default Range Rover............

    Is anyone familiar with a 1998 Range Rover dash am i right in saying its an E46 BMW set up,and are they a serial port fix or a M35080 chip fix?I'm using a handheld corrector not a PC one if that helps,much appreciated.

    This dash has a 28c16 eeprom in the dash which will need desoldering in order to change any data

    sonicEVO1, stripout is fairly easy on these. If you need help just shout.

    Once you've read the mileage data post it and we'll sort for you.

    This parallel EEPROM is pretty bulletproof so just go for it.

    and if its your own car you might think about putting in a dil socket that way if you ever do it again youll only need to lift without desoldering... there pennys from maplins or rs

    Please can you help with L322 Range Rover Mileage Correction - I have tacho pro,
    not sure where the EEPROM is? can't find it on the rear of the cluster?
