Your account details at Evolution Broadband Ltd have now been assigned. ADSL service usually starts around 9am on the installation date (24th April 2006) however it could be at any time during the day. If you don't get connected in the morning please wait until 6pm before contacting us. You will need to enter the RADIUS details into your router's configuration pages. If you are not sure how to do this please refer to your user manual.

You have requested to pay by standing order. A form is attached to this email. Please fill this out and send it to your bank, alternatively use the details to set up the payment by Internet banking. Please ensure you use your customer number XXXXXXXXX, the monthly cost of your DSL line (refer to your initial invoice for details) and you should specify the first payment date as XXth May 2006.
