ok so i seen these on ebay and they state
This is a HORI Official Dual Shock Controller for Sony Playstation2 / Playstation / PS one.
HORI is a licensed manufacturer by SONY.

what you think.are these probs the closest i will get to the official wired control pad

I have one of these pads and its very good. the outer surface of the pad seems to stop ure hands getting quite so sweaty during long gaming sessions. Though the 2 AA batteries and solid construction do make it a good bit more weighty than a standard wired controller.

I have the Logitech one and it is great.
Batteries last a good while and there is hardly ever any lag.
Excellent when there is no line of sight with the PS2 (as opposed to the cheaper infared ones)
