IE: No tabbed browsing, etc.

Opera: Very fast, runs like a treat. But i can't view NME or betfair properly, sites which a view on a regular basis. Has problems with other sites too.

Firefox: Has been my browser of choice for some time, but has increasingly started to piss me off. I'm sick of leaving it on overnight and coming back the computer and firefox is taking up 1gb+ of virtual memory.

Uses fuck all memory and displays some websites bang on and it's the fastest browser on the planet :

I use Safari on the Mac, not the quickest by any means but I like it, it it doesn't work I fall back to Camino and then Firefox as a last resort!

i am using opera at the moment. but there's little things that don't work here and there. Like you cant muse over a topic on df and see the see the first few lines of the first post..
don't you need a legit copy of windows to use IE7? (not that i dont have a legit copy of course). Have been using IE7 at work and can't fault it much yet..

Are you using opera 9? Don't try it, betfair will be even worse and it won't let you log on to DF for some reason.

Opera is a true, out of the box feature packed browser for me. The fact that a few sites dont work just means those sites should go in IE, or be sacked off, depending on if they can be

the current weekly is very nearly the finished opera v9, should be finalised and released quite soon. and it shits on firefox.. even ff2.

yeah running that build now and still have the issues with the websites i mentioned.
I know it's probably the makers of the websites fault as the strive to fix sites to make them work in IE and firefox, which then fucks them up in opera.

i guess you can't have it all...

I just updated to build 8410.

Having checked betfair I can see the problem, I think the only answer for now is to use IE for certain sites or change sites.
