bit of help req
hi guys my son has installed this software on his computer it like a protection software to stop any one goin on his pc (password would have worked) but i cant get any joy with his machine the windows task bar has dissapeared and dont know how to get it back plus if u try to open and gui on desktop it wont open anyone any idea the software he put on doesnt have a password any help[ please

What happens when you log on as the Administrator?
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car

cant do it it only got his username on the thing m8 just cant get into anything

Press CTRL + ALT + DEL to bring up the classic login screen, but better still, why not just exert some parental control & make him tell you what his password is?

I guess you`ve tried safe mode?
You could try 1 of the boot discs available & seeing if you can manually edit out whatever he`s installed.
Does your son not know what the program was called or even a vague idea?
If all fails it could require a re-install!

As above, have you tried "Safe Mode"?
If not, press F8 just before Windows starts loading, select Safe Mode from the boot menu, log in as the Administrator, and then uninstall whatever it was he installed.

hi m8 will try it tomoro thanks found out the name of programme he installed it called jv power tools have u heard of it
