    What's the difference then?

    England B don't get a cap. And if they are uncapped they are not tied to playing for England iirc. Goals and appearences and goals do not go on their international reocrd.

    So basically it means even less than a friendly.

    Whats the point of england B games would have been a better question.

    i thought it was a good idea for the team - give players a chance to increase fitness and for the manager to get a look at some of the players close up. Not sure why it was a B game, and not just a friendly.
