Favourites Disappeared

Hello

I work in an IT service desk and have come across some guy whos Favourites have vanished, they are located in the right area of his My documents. But if you click on favourites menu, you can only see ass and organize neither of which works.

Has anyone else come across this??

I have tried to reinstall IE but thats not help.

Bit late, but you need to check the favourites key in the registry.

HKEY_USERS\UserSID\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Favorites

Make sure it is pointing to the correct area where his favourites are stored.
