Couple of questions

Hi guys, ok being playing backups fine.

Only real to chance to play some games. Ive got a standard widescreen flat screen TV not HD. I know its supposed to look loads better on HD but until i buy an HD TV this will do for now.

Anyway my question was

1. Would a different cable instead of what came with the package make any difference to picture quality

2. I notice on every game ive tried the text on games on menus, in game etc.. pretty much anywhere is really thin and small??? I was playing topspin 2 and i could hardly read the persons names when it comes up with the score. My TV is set on widescreen and so is the console. its all in proportion and i did try changing the display but still the same really. Am i doing something wrong, or is just me. Even some of the characters like in topspin seem a bit 'thin'

a advanced scart lead would make a big diffrence. compisit is the bigest load of crap going. but tbh mate i would just wait and grab a hdtv.

u look at a hdtv and think whats all the fuss about, its better but not £2000 better. that is until you play the 360 on a std tv again and relise you cant live without hdtv

i think its a combo of a std def tv and a poor cable. trust me mate grab a HDTV u wont regret it
