I'm putting a call into them this morning, I want to take the service with me when I move. Not sure if they will do this, I am en existing customer but will require a new line to be installed.

Can you let me know how you get on mate? I am moving in about 5 weeks and also would like to keep my line.

On the phone to them now, they have advised me that because I am an existing user they can transfer my service to the new address. Hopefully it will be a painless process as I don't move until 30th June.

I was a bit shocked to see this as I've just connected, but it looks ok for existing customers so I'm fine.
