    Hi mate,

    1. First thing I would do is not use that 'CAR' image every time you want to say car, and instead just put it in normal text. Search engines don't read image content so they won't be indexing the word car.

    2. It's worth considering that the word auto is not as commonly used in the UK compared to the USA, so make sure you use the words car and van in your copy lots.

    3. Set up a Google sitemap and submit it to them, this site is a useful tool for that.

    4. It might be better to break the pages up a bit and keep things more concise e.g. the following page structure:

    • Intro page - who you are, what makes you unique, and then perhaps a photo of the van
    • Services - exterior
    • Services - interior
    • About us - the last paragraph is key here, it says what you are about so i'd suggest you move it to the top and expand on the key points:

      • friendly personal service
      • high quality finish
      • cost-effective and competitive price
      • flexibility - time and location
    • Technical - here you might want to include the SMART bit for those who want more details about your technique etc.

Hope this helps and good luck.

Rex is spot on. break it up. and use the googlesite map link.

the banner image at the top is strecthed and looks bad.

would be nice if you could cut-out the van (to lose the background). or at least trim the edges.

you should really put your logo on the site (i can see you have one on your van)

ive nearly finished a site for a paintless dent removal company (link removed) just waiting for some more images. as he works with metal i added metal textures to the site.

absolutely - lose it. it add's nothing to the site apart from an annoyance. If it's not of benfit to the site it's not worth having

I'd also look at your images on there - getting a lot of jaggies on pictures. It looks like you are using css to resize the images which is a really bad idea. Use a graphics package to resize them correctly and they will look a hundred times better

The image on your header is completely distorted and your menu bar has a massive gap between the last link and the right hand side of the menu

I know that's not what your original question was about, but doing this will improve the look of your site

As bigman said, sort out the images, they are pixalated and look messy. You need to make sure they get uploaded and sized so that the width and height stay at the same ratio as the original picture.

If you have photoshop you have the option to "constrain proportions" which lets you resize pics while keeping the width and height at the ratio they should be.

Absolutely! Flash intros are a NO-NO. Search engines look for meaningful content not FLASHy intros or images. Images are good for a site but should always be second to the text content. Search engines only see text, humans see images.
