Hi, I'm relatively new to digi-forums and found this section.
I recently got a bit drunk and decided to race a friend, but, being drunk, it turned into my 18 stone mate chasing me. This would have been ok, except for the fact it was very dark and i was all hepped up on sambuca. While running i stepped in a mini pot hole and went flying. I really badly sprained my wrist and since then i've not been able to do any upper body work at the gym. Are there any specific exercises that allows me to work my upper body that don't involve the use of my wrist?
Any help would be appreciated.
