    I have never seen this before but apparently it is in Paddington Basin, London.

    It's a thomas heatherwick design.... he also did the 'b of the bang' outside city of manchester stadium iirc.

    Thats outside the Marks & Spensor HQ in Paddington basin, London. was walking along oneday and not looking where i was going and nearly ended up in the drink! didnt reaslise it went up!

    There was a program on about him last week , bbc3 or 4 i think , it was great , hes very visionary
