Second attempt, new site need opinions again pleaase

Hi i have just opened an online shop and i would like your honest opinions on the the 2nd attempt please.
I never made the site as i aint got a clue where to start, So a mate of mine done it for me, So i would like honest opinions again please.

online shop... still pish

if youd kept the same navigational menu bar and same look and feel it would be fine, but it feels like your going from a professional site to some amateur pish to actually pay for your stuff.. not an incentive to buy online.

To give you a better understandng of the care and quality of craftsmanship that goes into every Crystal product, we will explaing the Crystal artwork process.

There are 2 main types of crystal. There is K5. The quality of the K5 crystals is the poorer quality of the two. The K9 is the much better quality and is generally perfect. The crystals we sell are K9 only.

If anything is drawn closer to the surface than that, it will look much distorted.

We are a private business so our address will not be disclosed on the website.

It's definitely an improvement, but as stated above the text needs re-writing.

I don't see any need to introduce yourself in the first person. A simple welcome (see below) would suffice. People need to think they are buying from a reputable business.

'Welcome to Crystal Glass Fantastic. We take great pride in our products, and only buy the best quality available.'

I would suggest you get someone to re-write the copy for you.

I agree with what's been said about your copy.....

And the fact your main page looks heaps better.... but why is this design abandoned as soon as I go shopping ?

I get the feeling of going to another site completely and this alone breeds distrust, the last thing you need when you're trying to get some punters money over the interweb.

The shop looks awful... not fond on the colour scheme or the default title:

HEADING_TITLE

Why are you advertising Zen Cart all over the place ?

Why have language & currency selection boxes when there is only english & �GB available ?

Why is there a search at the top & again at the right ?

It looks like a poorly customised OSCommerce design, You can do so much more with it !

Look's far better from what I can remember before. I'm guessing that for the online shop your using the same images and just shrunk down?? Not thumbnails?

They take a fair while to load so might be worth changing them to smaller pics and only having the full size picture under "larger image"

Also put some bigger pictures under the "our products" maybe

The home page looks fine - good clean code as well! But the store section really needs to reflect the same design. I'd personally go for osCommerce over ZenCart - but whichever one you choose to use, you need to customise it more to integrate it properly with the front end of the site

Well i have changed the shop colours and it seems to go together alot better now.
Still need to sort little bit out but im getting there .
Thanks once again for the great advice DF members

Got to admit though i didnt think that there was this much work involved in setting up a shop.

Hi,

Paypal logo/banner is at the very top in your frontpage, which take more exposure than your main site. So, I would suggest to move the paypal logo/banner at the bottom of the site
