RAW or JPG - what's your choice

Jpg for me but I keep meaning to have a play with Raw. Still not got round to it 'though.

If I had the option I would always use RAW as there is much more scope with the image but sadly my IXUS500 only offers jpg.

It's got to be RAW everytime. Sure it takes longer to sort out your pic's, but it's worth the effort.

When I first got me DSLR , being new to digital photography , I just used .jpg but now I allways shoot RAW.

Jpg for me at the moment. I could take raw's if i wanted, but i dont have any raw software, i guess i should really look into getting some!

Well since I originally voted for RAW+JPG here i've actually changed over to just RAW now. The problem is that when i had the 350D it produced pretty good JPG's from the RAW so i'd get a good indication by just browsing the jpg in windows what i'd need to do in an image if anything. But the 400D makes the JPG's way too dark and soft and as a consequence I now have to do all my work in RAW.

So if it was possible i'd change my vote now to RAW only
