this phone is available now on contract with o2, voda etc

I got mine on friday morning and imo it's top of the class

I got mine from e2save.com on the cheapest o2 tariff as my missus is due an upgrade
(but i'm keeping it and she's probably getting my d600)

3.2 megapixel cybershot camera built in (auto focus and best shot is excellent)
top quality pics that actually feel like they're taken with a dedicated digital camera,
and you can take pics and send them direct to a blog (excellent feature)

Been waiting for this phone for ages and o2 emailed me a few mins ago to say mine has been dispatched, can't wait. I've had the nokia 7610 for ages so it was time for a change.

what sthe joystick like?

any idea if it will be "dust" prone just like the K750i was, which makes the joystick operate when it wants to!

It comes with some pretty good games, a 3d crazy golf, photofishing game and tennis. It needs w900 games to play full screen games. The joystick is solid but i never had dust issues with my w800 so i cant say if this one will have any as i dont know what to look for.

Totally agree, i think the only saving grace is that there arnt that expensive as they usually are for a new type of memory stick. The cheapest i found was £40 for 1gb card.

Could anyone tell me if there is software that will allow me to write txts on pc and send them via bluetooth (from the phone), similar to that offered by the nokia pc suite.

Why can't they just stick to using the same bloody card? How much space have they really saved by using the Micro card?

Surely they know ppl are going to want to upgrade, and just shove they're existing card in the new phone. To$$ers just after more money...

What's the best too, that as soon as I get this k800, they'll do a W series phone, with a card, and the 3.2mp camera, in orange...

Well not to put a dampner on your plans but pixmania are selling them for £320 brand new and so people are only getting £250 for it.

ive seen a few go for 320 today. Ive charged it up now anyway. The camera on it is amazing. The decent flash and the 3.2mp make a real improvement on the k750i. The screen is a lot bigger and clearer than the k750i too.

3 are selling the phone on threepay for £219 now, just try to find stocks. Ive just found out though that they have butchered the handset so it comes at a price being that cheap.

Had this since the day England got knocked out by Portugal and i must say its very impressive.

The camera pics are truly amazing............ I went to Rome the day after i got it and took a couple of pics with it

The panorama looks very good, not too sure about the other one though. You should post the panorama in the photos section.
