blue screen probs

hi guys got a friends computer it had no problems till last week when he on it the famoous blue screen apeared he tried to reload , but still the same i got it last night tried to reload windows it gets to 39% then i get the blue screen reason is setupdd.sys address f77c25b3 base at f776c000,datestamp 41107c8f tried different memory but to no avail any ideas guys thanks

Take out the memory(s), clean them and clean the slot on the motherboard, do the same with the graphics card and sound card.

hi thanks for reply tried different memory plus graphics card and sound card are onboard anything else i could try please

cd fine as i took hard drive out and put it in my machine and installed windows from the same disk but then i put the hard drive back in his machine i just get a blank screen
