    Default 1st Painting with light attempt

    Just read Slarti's tut on painting with light and had to have a go. Based on a pic I took when learning how to take water droplet photos.

    Not bad, liking the car shot, actually looks pretty realistic, seen a couple cars with that kinda paint job that changes colour depending what angle you look at it. Water drop one is nice aswell.

    Now..off to find this tutorial to give it a try myself

    I like the cats eye.

    The technique works best with white light and dark backgrounds, although the tutorial part of that thread isn't actually painting with light, that referred to the method of using a long shutter speed and moving a light source around which gives the impression that you're "painting with light".
