    Question Dial-a-Bone

Just finished charging up a sammy D500 received from dialaphone today.

My lass has no intention of using their t-mobile sim but it should have included £5 airtime, as showing up on the invoice (mandatory purchase with the phone).

However I put the sim in and tried calling... anyone. Insufficient credit reported.

The dialaphone website says they don't have customer service contacts for pay-as-you-go so I floated an email to them (7 day turnround on emails )

Is there something I need to do to get this airtime "activated"? Is it possible they should have included a voucher or something. Tried calling 150 from that phone but still says unsufficient credit.

I presume so. It says "dial 150 from your new phone using your new sim" to register the phone.

    "Insufficient credit"

    Pah

Also sent t-mobile an email too. At least they've got an auto-replier set up (2 day turnround).

    Unbelievable

Just read a FAQ which says it takes 8 working days for credit to be applied
