Clicking "Basket" or "checkout" starts up a fresh window which includes a "continue shopping" link. With an empty basket that leaves a new unwanted window open; ditto the "checkout" link/button. As a feverous internet shopper I don't like that.

not bad at all m8 - good use of images brings it alive.
logo on the checkout page looks shite (pixelated)
Having MSN messenger online support??? May be a good idea but doesn't look very professional IMO
Nice, Demo works well

mind you it might look more professional if it were a built in live chat app or something as opposed to msn.
I think the MSN thing is great.
I see none of the suggestions have been followed up on!
If you go through the process it comes to a page where it asks you what shopping cart software you use - what on earth is that all about?
The site smacks of a mickey mouse company, it doesn't inspire confidence at all.
Offering payment options and then just giving one way to pay is just...stupid.
Me and my fella spit our dummies out so we won't be coming back. ever. boo hoo.
This is a techy / hackers forum not a fu**ing mothers meeting so - peace out.
well, thats your opinion, and thanks but we have had very good feedback from business users regarding the look and feel of the site,
The product we are selling (integrated labels) is used widely by online ecommerce stores and we have worked with many ecommerce software companies to ensure our labels are compatible with (shopping cart software) hence the question.
we expect 99% of our customers to be familiar with the term (shopping cart software) as they all use it to run their online shops.
obviously we are not quite as mickey mouse as you think as we are now official partners of ProtX and OScommerce.
The changes mentioned here have been forwarded to our web designer but as with most things it doesn't happen overnight,
What is the problem with only offering payment through HSBC, its secure and easy to use, what else would you suggest?
thanks for the input here
Plenty of work into it. Impressive. As mentioned above though, MSN is a tad tacky to use for a corporate site. Stretched images are a eyesore too.
But that's why it's posted here. Everyone's a Critique!
