Default Digital forums and the real world

does anyone else find that sometimes D/F merges into the real world? I find that sometimes I laugh the way I type it heh heh or har har and I`ll say something like "yes I read about that in the dog and duck" to which I get a puzzled glance and a "you what?" but today was the best yet, I was in my local Co-op and said "where are the jars of bertroot?", now either I`m subconsciously passionately in love with bertroot or I need to spend less time on D/F, I`m hoping it`s the latter

Just like SAS soldiers refer to the SAS simply as 'The Regiment'. In the real world I refer to DF simply as 'The Forum'. So now my dad thinks I get all my technical know how from Penthouse.

They all fall foul of that one. I think you will find the word 'foul' is the operative one in that sentence.

I have been known to go buhahahaaa in real life once or twice, realised, and promptly had to have a word with myself
Its funny how you imagine people look like in real life, judging by their posts, user name and general board behavior too, you lot probably think I am a fat cunt judging by my name...(I'm not btw!)
