For most folk they bind you up if you eat too many. A pal of mine was put on an "egg ban" by the doctor as he was eating between 10 and 12 a day. He hadn't been for a dump for over a week.
On the flip side (pun intended) eggs go through my brother like a Ferrari.
Also as a hayfever sufferer and generally nasally challenged chap(in terms of sinus problems, I haven't got a big conk), I find the whites contribute to mucus production in my sinuses but I don't know if this is a common effect or just to me?
It's chicken period.
so without eating eggs my farts wouldn't smell?Originally Posted by Little John

While the egg yolk does contain high levels of cholesterol, they body does not process it and produce more cholesterol. High levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) are caused by eating too much saturated fat usually from animal sources and hydrogenated oils (trans fats) from processed foods.
In fact some studies suggest egg consumption may even lower LDL.
The same applies to prawns, they too are high in cholesterol, but there is little or no evidence to suggest they raise LDL cholesterol levels.
If anything eggs are great sources of protien and other invaluble nutrients. Here's a good article:

For some reason my body cant handle boiled egg's and if I eat 2/3 of them my leg/arm really swells up (look's really painfull too but dont hurt)
There is this really shitty job at work and if ever I'm asked to do it, for holiday cover I just eat some egg's in the morning and a couple of hours later I'm in the medical room LOL
