New folk unable to reply in intros

Has there been a change to stop newbies replying in the Introduce Yourself section? Am seeing a few replying in new threads stating that they can't respond to posts.

One suh example is here.

they should be able to reply to their own threads...

just not other peoples (eg, new people welcoming new people) can they still reply to their own threads?

bugger.. it was stopping any replies to any thread..

id figured it would let people reply to their own threads... set it to one post so least they cant reply to loads without at least making their own intro.

well not fixed as such... disabled really, since the post count hack didnt let people reply to their own threads
