If you after Unflavoured Whey Protein, have a look at:
    All in One - www.sports-nutrition.co.uk

They have a Buy One Get One Free deal on the £19.99 2.27KG tubs.
Use the discount code "muscletalk" (seems to be down at the mo - so your probably best to ring your order through.)

I have been recently using unflavoured whey from here:

    http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-supp...lavoured-whey/

£31.95 for a 4.5kg tub but that is plus delivery.

And they are doing a deal on liquid egg whites at the moment(but they're out of stock!)

I don't use Creatine but I do mix L Glutamine(5gms) with my whey powder (30gms) in each drink twice a day. I don't take anymore than 10gms per day of L-glutamine as it says that os the recommended daily dosage on the tub.

It's late so bear with me: creatine converts ADP to ATP (essentially energy) enabling you to lift more. Glutamine is an amino acids (used in muscle recovery) and by replacing those used during exercise it means that the muscle building process is aided.

so to build muscle you guys are saying I should buy whey and creatine? I am lifting a lot more than when i started the gym just over a month ago or so. I have been training 5 times a week for roughly 50 mins to 1h10 mins.

I may start another thread... hehe

One or the other on their own will do the trick but used together will be better. Simply put, you're aiming to extend and rip the muscle fibres (the burn) and this can be helped by creatine in that you have the energy to push that little bit more. When they have ripped they need to repair which is where amino acids in protein come in- the more you have, the quicker the repairing job. That's why it's good to have constant high levels of protein which can be supplemented by whey protein.
