just a quick update i saw the video at asda (they wouldnt let me take it away with me though) and other than a blurry blob getting hit by a bigger blurry blob its not much good they seemed to think i was standing still but i think i walked out in front of her car going by what i saw although i was on a crossing thing painted on to the floor (didnt tell them that though just agreed that i thought i was standing still), but she was WAY over the speed limit in any case the police said 15/20mph on the safe side but them in asda recon it was more like 25/30 an going by what ive seen i have to agree its more than 20mph anyway and shes still not apologised so ive been in touch with her insurace company to lodge a claim and ive rang the police to ask them about if they can charge her with anything, and asda to try and get some free shopping lol just kiddin on the last one although i did buy the trolly fellas a box of lager each today as a thanks for looking after me till the ambulance got there,

whoops - missed that, 20+mph OUCH. Have to agree with everyone else if she hasn't said sorry/bought you a case of something nice then do her. If the cops think shes at fault and I'm sure they have experience with this then just let them take their course as well

pardon the pun but fingers crossed i should be having the pins out of my fingers tommorrow, i dont know about the elbow's pins but theres plenty of time for that to heal now (thanks to work giving me the flick -kind arnt they) so once the pins are gone ill get on with and hopefully finish theone for TF and then the others in the order they were posted, ill be honest im not expecting to be back to normal straight away so it will take longer than i thought before (like it hasnt already lol)

they said after physio i should be ok and have near normal mobility although arthiritus may be an issue later on in life
