well the pins are out of my elbow but the fingers are a differnt matter apparently they need resetting which im sure means theyre going to break them again, since the pins came out this morning though theres a shit load of pain from it probably cos its more mobile now though,

i had another xray of my leg this morning as well cos i still cant walk on it right and they think i may have a couple of hairline fractures on the tibia and split ligament on the knee (although it doesnt go all the way through the ligament- they said the swelling will have obscured it during the 1st xrays which isnt supprising considering the size it swelled to)

yeah but to be honest with them dragging their feet and the other side doing the same its more hassle than its worth and if im honest im pretty much over it now, im not pissed at her anymore (that shits not healthy) ive still not had an apology off her but after this time it doesnt look like im getting one

I'm sure that people i know who went through the process of sueing someone said it took 2 to 3 years for it all to go through the courts and get settled.

to be honest m8 ive not really started drawing again yet, shouldnt be long though the physio said i shouldnt do it so soon after the last pin has been taken out 6-8 weeks though and i should be good to go (i had the last pin out last week and its kinda sore still)
