Hey all

I took out a contract on 18th may 2006 and am able to claim cashback on months 4, 8 & 12 but i dont now when month 4 is ive had four bills on the internet because i dont get them sent in the post the bills ive had so far ar for may 19th, june 19th , july 19th and august 19th.

Do i send the ausust bill or do i wait for the september bill ?

your bill should have a transaction number. also, best thing to do is phone osps and ask them just in case mate.

I hate that company. Useless bunch of krunts...Spent a ruddy fortune in phone calls to them cos they sent the wrong phone followed by one that didn't work.
When i finally got a working phone they didn't give me any of the free extras they'd promised, but because it was over 30 days since i'd placed the order it was too late to say that something was missing so they refused to send them out (despite me only getting the right working phone the day before).
After a 5 minute abusive rant to the manager they got told where to shove their crappy contract.....

One stop are a bunch of scamming thieving scumbags. The old "cashback" scam is still going strong I see. Advance Mobiles were done a little while back for screwing people in this way, but OneStop seem to be making people's lives hell for the sake of it too

As you get 30 days to send in the claim, send the September invoice as that not only proves that you have been connected for the 4 months, but also that your account is upto date.
