today for lunch i had some pasta, and chucked some tuna and red and yellow peppers into a frying pan to mix in with it. anybody got any more exotic suggestions that are still quite easy to make (as in chopping it up and throwing it into a pan)?

My pasta favourite was frying up some chopped onions and adding some garam masala - about 2-4 tablespoons depending on how many people eating (available at indian shops and big supermarkets, less than £1.00 a pack) to give it a little more spice. When the onions were about half done, then I would add loads of mince, once the meats done, then add the sauce.
my wife likes simple red pesto on spaghetti
