    Help Start Menu help

I have XP, but I have so much stuff installed over 3 hard drives, when I click on the start menu and then "All Programs" the list of program is off the screen.

Any way of moving these into sub-categories, such as Games, Applications, Photo Stuff, etc? Or even an alphabet category type thing, so that I can move the launch shortcuts into A, B, or C, or P for Photoshop for example...

    Have I explained this properly?

Right click on the start button and select "Explore all users".

When the folder pops up double click "Programs" and you can simply create/delete/move folders and files as you would normally.

You will find though that some will be saved in another folder:
    C:\Documents and Settings\<windows ID>\Start Menu\Programs
You'll need to either arrange both the same or drag them all to one of the two folders.

I had a similar problem, what i did was create a new toolbar via Rt-click on th estartbar and select toolbar etc.

Anyways, i now have my proggies from my C:\ in my start menu but i also have the other disks (D, E, I ) accessable from my startbar by my clock which opens like the start menu only the other way around.

you could also reduce the size of the progam icons so as to fit all of the menu on the page

right click on the task bar- properties - start menu - customise - advanced - check so small icons in start menu
