I know a home sick for food Pole who could do with some.

you'll be lucky to impress, they eat a lot of meat and often scuff the quality of meat we get in the UK.
Look for a polish importer, they are not meat to be too expensive and should be commonplace in areas where there are a lot of Polish residents. Looking around the shop might spark some inspiration, or questions heh
