DVD- RAM disks

anyone used these and are they better than re-writable one and what is the advantage.

I have to admit i've never used it and as a format for the home pc market i think its pretty much dead.

Thanks, that's a good link I was thinking of using them with my DVD recorder which does support DVD-ram format, they certainly look better than using rewritable disks a little more expensive but you do not need very many.

I use them all the time and they are grand. Do a search on here for DVD RAM and you will find what else has been said about them already.
