Not sure about 3 but my im on orange and they gave me the unlock code 3 months into my contract.

Most contract phones can be unlocked on a market stall. But with the contact and phoneing your provoider some ask some stupid questions like why u want to unlock it etc but they should give you it but paying 15£ for a code that is just a rip off they chould give you it for free

because i own a phone unlocking shop and i know u can't do the bb5 series yet

ive been waiting about 3yrs since the bb5 series came out and know one can do it

but there is a rumor going around that dejan kjelvick in rebia can do it (he's hte one that cracked dct3 and dct4)

but he wont release any info or the box to do it

He will do them if you send batches of 100 stripped handsets to him, but he charges 50 Euros.

This is not true m8, people on here have had handsets unlocked via Three m8.

For everyones attention, as soon as an unlock solution is available it will be all over every single phone forum, this section included.

Hi, Just got an n80 from ebay, its locked to orange. Does anyone know the easiest way to get it unlocked.
Or a phone number for orange? all I can find is for pay monthly or contract, which I am neither

aparently dejan is trying to make a few quid off it , cant blame him, wonder if he's behind www.totalunlock.com , they claim to be able to unlock bb5 phones

Don't think so mate, although if on Orange most people are getting it done for £20 which isn't that bad. If its PAYG it has to be unlocked for free by network provider.

I can get Three BB5 codes, but they arent cheap m8.
