    Rant Thieving B'stards

just logged into my online bank statement, not been on for a while.
Thinks, hmm available balance seems a bit low, then I see
LOTS of card transactions on 4th Sep for pre-pay top ups (various £50 and £20) and one for National Express on same day!!
    Totalling about £330
Phoned bank, got through (to India), they tell me I have to contact police to get a crime ref. number, then go to my branch to fill in some forms. GREAT.
I call the police and they can't give me a CRM till the bank confirms the details.

    GRRR

How do you spend your hols?
    Not like this I imagine.

shite news m8, hope you get this resolved. would probably make life easier if the call centre wasnt in bloody india aswell, langauge/accent barrier is always a cunt with those places.

    good luck!

And how come all the 'help me' numbers are 0845?
