i was going to get a second nunchuck, but between me and my mates we should have enough pads for now, the retro controller was a consideration too, but not essenial yet, so held back, was tempted to add red steel too!
Will probably change my order in time, depending on which games come out on the release date, i dont think mario galaxy is due for then so i may swap that one.

what are play like for preorders? presuming they dont need a deposit since you pay by Cred card, is that right? Ill die if i dont get it on launchday.

Not going to pre-order the wii, I can wait untill after x-mas. But might buy the white version, then give it away after the black version comes out.
The only problem i can see is paying a high price for another 3 set of nunchuks & remotes. Hope they sell in bundles sets for a cheaper price in the future.

US Imports are the way forward for stuff like this. They'll be cheap as fook, especially after a little time to go by. I did this with the wavebirds on the GC.
When I get mine in, probably next year, i'll ask people on here who wants in, if it's worth it, we'll just order loads & ensure no customs are paid
Something to think for the future, even if u just get ur own. for me, wavebirds were £30 each in uk, I got 4 in total of around £65 inc del. they were around $18 each I think, postage was the punch in the ass.

909 - i pre-ordder from play all the time, and usually you get it the day before. However, i pre-ordered a game (ace combat zero) two months ago and didn't get it on release day (today). Not sure how they work pre-orders. hopefully it is first ordered first served. The best thing to do is keep checking your order status. If it doesn't say "processing" or "posted" on the 8th then cancel it. You only get charged when it says "processing" and you can't cancel it after that, but it will be posted shortly afterwards.
I might order one from amazon or hmv when they list it...... quickly runs off and checks websites
if i end with a couple then ebay might get one

my wii is still preordered from game, but im thinking about cancellin the games, im sure they will be easier to get than consoles on release day, i think ill still preorder a console or 2 on the highstreet tho, you cant beat the human touch when doing stull like this.
