Default A few old uns of mine

I have found i seem to have developed a more selective eye over the last few years of getting more interested in photography and looking back though some of my old pics i found some that seemed far more striking than they seemed originally, hopefully im not just talking out my ass, so im here for a second opinion.

This first one, the more i look at it, the less i like it:

That sunset one's lovely mate, the sillhouette's of the cranes really makes the shot.

My fave's that 2nd shot though, i really like the curves all along the bridge, nicely exposed, just a great shot.

    Those are all bloody great.

The one with the sunset/shipyard is ace, great colours and a nice scene in general.

Bridge one is nice aswell, love all the curves and its exposed well.

My favorite is the street scene, something i really like about it. I love the contrast between the wet/dull street, and the nice blue sky. Great shot

Really like the second one mate, just love the twisting of the rails, shame the tree is hidden by the down post.
Where they taken around Cardiff by chance, it's just that the church seems very familiar.

nah they were taken in brugge on a duty free trip, well, some of them were, some were takin in areas on the way there and back, cant remember the details.

Thanks for the good feedback so far guys, i dont really like sunset pics, i feel theyre a bit too easy to impress, i liked this one due to thes contrasting industrail silloutte.

my fav is the street one too, the colour of the sky sets it off, i wasnt sure if that was noticable without being told, but Deadly has picked up on it

Nice shots. I think the third one's great, nicely exposed.

The first one is probably the weakest of the lot as there's not really a main focus point so your eye keeps moving between the church and the other building.

Interesting curves going on in 2, nice colour's too.

Last one is good, nicely exposed again and the road draws your eye into it.

Once again though they illustrate that good pictures depend on what you do with the camera and not what equipment you have.

yup, i used a 2mpix fuji for these old shots and it was only becasue my brother jumped down some stairs with it on the following duty free trip that i replaced it
