[24 - Season 1] General Chat

Hey there everyone, I never have really watched a series of anything other than family guy... which doesnt count for real life TV.

After recently downloading 24 Series 1... Im only 3 episodes in and im already hooked! The Story is fantastic! Its so gripping and tense... Just posted this so that people can give a quick opinion of what they like about 24 and maybe tell me something I have got to look forward to in this series or the next.

there are 5 seasons in total and none are not worth watching...

24 is without doubt the best TV show ever....

I really enjoyed S3 with the Virus plot... Excellent!!!!

I envy you never watching 24 and now watching them for the 1st time.

haha great post mate... Ill look forward to watching that. I really really really hope Jack gets a hold of these 2 lads that are kidnapping his daughter. I hope he makes that long haired one bite a kerb then stamp on the back of his fucking head. The other gay has to get his ass kicked off the 2 chicks, they annoy me but I love it... hard to explain lol but im already hooked. Im gonna be up all night watching and im gonna wake up early and watch some more.

Daz is sooo right mate, you are in such a good situation, your life is about to start!

If I remember rightly season 1 doesnt even begin to get going until about episode 5 with a serious twist in the storyline. Its a programme that has the occasional twist and if you watch 24 you'll never say the words "oh my God!" so much in your life.

You've seen nothing yet, keep watching and you'll be hooked on it like no other tv programme you'll ever see.

season 1 was excellent, I remember the first time watching it and had to watch so many episodes one after another as I couldnt wait to find out what happened next episode due to the many cliffhangers.
thats a good season with his wife and daughter getting kidnapped, loads of plot twists as expected.
introduces many of the characters we get to see through all the seasons

Well lads it has finished now and I thought it was absolute fantastic...

Jack isnt as "bad ass" as I thought he would be but dont be mistaken (thats not me complaining lol) the things he does are much more realistic or atleast they feel that way. He isnt beating up 10 guys at once or shooting alot of people while getting shot at and surviving... It was great I really really enjoyed it.

Im gonna start a Thread on Season 2 now and im currently downloading Season 3 (6.9% completed)
