Whats the best image morphing software ?

I am after something to "morph" (pardon the pun) one image into another

any ideas ?

I had a prog called memories on tv, you made dvd's avi's etc from your photo collection. Im pretty sure one of the 'tranisions' looked like it kinda morphed, pretty basic but looked ok. If however your after summit to morph one shape into another or such then forget I said anything cause its not that clever..
